Wireforms
Wireforms come in an unlimited array of shapes & configurations. We can manufacture wireforms on our CNC wireforming machines with no special tooling.
For high volume requirements we can manufacture wireforms on our four-slides. Four-slides do require some special tooling, however their increased speed may more than offset this cost with the lower production cost. We can manufacture wireforms from a wide variety of materials including music wire, stainless, phos bronze, berylium copper, brass, & aluminum. We can accomodate wire sizes from .005″ diameter up to .218″ diameter.
